Every change is previewed, and made only when you approve it.
Ask for a purchase order and the assistant prepares a preview: supplier, warehouse, dates, every line and the total. Nothing is created until you approve it, and the order shows you as its creator.

You decide how long it stays connected.
Keep the connection until you disconnect it, or end it after 30, 90 or 180 days. It also ends after 30 days without use or when you change your password. Administrators can see and end every connection in the account.

Which assistants work with Olonka?

Can it change our data?
Only if you allow it when you connect, and only what your role allows. Every change is previewed first and made after you approve it.
Can it see our costs?
Only if your role can. If you can't see costs in Olonka, neither can the assistant, and it says so instead of showing zero.
Does it cost extra?
No. It's free during early access, like the rest of Olonka.
Does Olonka keep our questions?
No. Olonka records who made a request, what kind it was and when, but not the question itself.
