Your data stays yours
Each business's records are kept apart in the database, so one account can never see another's. We never sell your data.
Access control
Roles decide who sees costs, prices and margins: on screen, in exports and in AI answers. Sessions end after a period of inactivity.
Shop-floor sign-in
Each tablet is activated with a one-time code from Settings, and each operator signs in with their own PIN.
AI connections
ChatGPT and Claude act for the person who connected them: they see and change only what that person's role allows, and stay connected only as long as you choose.
Audit history
Every change records who made it and when, from the office or the shop floor.
