Terms of service

These terms cover Olonka's website, the Olonka web app and the Factory app. By creating an account, you agree to them on behalf of your business.

You're responsible for the people you invite, the roles you give them and what they do in your account. Keep passwords and Factory PINs private, and tell us straight away if you think someone else has used them.

The records you and your team create in Olonka belong to your business. We store and process them only to run Olonka for you, as our Privacy policy explains, and we never sell them.

Olonka is free while it's in early access, with every add-on included. We'll email you well before paid plans begin, with prices in Ghana cedis, and you decide whether to continue.

Don't misuse Olonka. That includes trying to get into other businesses' data, testing our security without permission, overloading the service, or using it for anything unlawful.

Shopify, WooCommerce, Built, ChatGPT and Claude are run by other companies under their own terms. When an AI assistant makes a change you approved, it counts as a change you made.

We improve Olonka all the time, and early access features may change. If a change takes away something you rely on, we'll tell you before it happens.

You can close your account at any time.

If we change these terms, we'll update the date above and email account owners about anything important before it takes effect.
