Shopify integration
Your Shopify store and your stock, in step.
Orders come into Olonka as soon as they're paid. Stock levels, fulfillment and tracking go back to Shopify, and refunds arrive as credit notes.

What syncs
What moves between Shopify and Olonka.
Olonka keeps the stock count. You choose which syncs run.
| What | Direction | Details |
|---|---|---|
| Products and variants | Shopify → Olonka | Imported once, keeping each product's variants together. Matched by Shopify ID, then by SKU. |
| Customers | Shopify → Olonka | Imported with your first import. |
| Orders | Shopify → Olonka | Paid orders come in, and later changes follow: quantities, added or removed lines, cancellations. Draft orders don't. |
| Stock levels | Olonka → Shopify | Sent for each Shopify location you map to an Olonka warehouse. You turn it on after checking SKUs. |
| Fulfillment | Both ways | Fulfillment status stays the same in both places. |
| Tracking numbers | Olonka → Shopify | Sent to Shopify when you ship from Olonka. |
| Returns | Your choice | Bring Shopify returns into Olonka, or send Olonka returns to Shopify. |
| Refunds | Your choice | Shopify refunds come in as credit notes and refunds, or you issue the refund in Shopify from an Olonka credit note. |

About Shopify
Which Shopify orders come in?
Orders that match the payment statuses you choose. Draft orders don't.
What if two items share a SKU?
Stock sync waits until the duplicate SKUs are fixed, so stock never goes to the wrong item.
Can we sell in shops and on Shopify from the same stock?
Yes. Map your Shopify locations to Olonka warehouses, and every sale draws from the same count.
